Children's Week is up there with my favorite and most rewarding World of Warcraft festivals. Sure you can get drunk at Brewfest, pick up free presents at Winter Veil and Kill an angry guy with a removable head at Halloween but for children's week it feels like your giving something back to the people of Azeroth and Outlands. It all begins when you offer to help an Orphan see the sights and sounds of the world.
As the story unfurls you learn that Dornaa isn't just an ordinary orphan but that she has a significant role to play in the future of the Draenei. When we take her to visit Farseer Nobundo we learn that she talks to the farseer in her dreams and she can control the powers of the elements. In the Caverns of Time Zaladormu stops the guard from attacking her saying "this girl has done nothing, and will not be held accountable for what she might do, or fail to do, in the future". She does mention that she would like to have a dragon as a friend one day when we complete this quest. All this seems to indicate the start of an important storyline. I would really like to see this story continued in Wrath of the Litch King even if it is not concluded.
I'll miss you too Dornaa!
